Card Authorization

By providing a payment card during booking or checkout, you authorize Borges Services LLC to securely store that card on file and to charge it, without additional notice, for: the agreed service fee upon completion of service; cancellation, rescheduling, and lockout fees; fees for skipped or postponed recurring cleanings; and late payment interest on any outstanding balance, as described in our Terms of Service.

Electronic Signatures

By typing your name and clicking "I Agree" below, you are signing electronically. This signature is legally binding under the Florida Uniform Electronic Transaction Act (Fla. Stat. § 668.50) and the federal ESIGN Act. We will retain a record of the name entered, your IP address, the date and time, and this exact text.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time incur a $50 fee; within 4 hours, 50% of the service fee. Lockouts (property inaccessible on arrival) incur 100% of the service fee. Full Terms of Service: bshousecleaning.com/terms
